Mission Statement

Whereas the Green Party aims to become a party of all people, the Diversity Committee resolves to:

  • Work toward a Green Party that reflects the diversity of the United States;
  • Raise issues of diversity to the Green Party Coordinating Committee and the Green Party at large; and,
  • Develop strategies to address and redress issues of diversity.

The Diversity Committee seeks to create a Green Party that takes affirmative action to create a political community where all are welcomed, respected and encouraged to participate at all levels. The committee can be reached here.
