LAMARCHE TO SPEAK AND EMCEE AT SEVERAL INAUGURAL EVENTS
WILL JOIN BILLIONAIRES FOR BUSH AT THE RECORONATION BALL
Pat LaMarche, of Yarmouth, Maine, the Green Party's Vice Presidential candidate, has a busy schedule for the second term inaugural of George W. Bush in Washington D.C. on Thursday, January 20.
Pat will join Green Party Presidential candidate, David Cobb, and others for a rally at 9 A.M. at Malcolm X Park, 16th St. and Euclid NW, sponsored by the D.C. Anti-War Network (DAWN), CODE PINK
(www.codepink.org), and other groups, and then speak at a rally at Dupont Circle called The Women's March and Funeral Procession in the counter-inaugural Women's March and New Orlean-Style Funeral Procession with members of NOW, The Raging Grannies, Ladies of Liberty, National Mourning Project, Theaters Against War and many, many more.
Ms LaMarche will speak and emcee the event which all groups will then march to at McPherson Square, 15th St. and I St. NW, where a major anti-Bush rally will take place with a Counter Inaugural stage set up with speakers and entertainment at 11 A.M.. (contact David Lytell 202-966-0040).
In the evening Pat will attend the Re-Coronation Ball from 8:30 P.M. until 2 A.M. sponsored by the Billionaires for Bush at the Platinum Night Club 915 F Street, NW, near Metro Center
