DENVER, CO - The Colorado Green Party is holding its Annual State Meeting and Nominating Convention on Saturday, April 24. The Poudre Valley Green Party is hosting the meeting, which will include candidate speeches and approval for newly-formed local parties. Jefferson County and Greeley are requesting affiliation as local parties. Art Goodtimes, an incumbent seeking re-election as San Miguel County Commissioner, and Bob Kinsey, candidate for Congress in District 4 are seeking Colorado Green Party nomination.  The Kinsey for Congress campaign has organized an evening fundraiser, following the state meeting, for Green candidates at 6 p.m. at the Commons House at River Rock Co-housing, 520 N.
