"I am happy to finally have this opportunity to meet my opponents face to face and engage in a conversation about issues of importance to District 4", stated Bob Kinsey. The debate is open to the public. Bob Kinsey will also speak about his vision for District 4 in Fort Morgan on Saturday, September 18th at 2:30 p.m. in a candidate's forum hosted by Progressive 15 of Morgan County.
