Welcoming ceremonies begin at 9 A.M., followed by candidate presentations and panel discussions featuring issues such as campaign financing, instant-runoff voting, and the Green Party's role in the 2004 presidential election. On Sunday June 6th, the convention will begin at 9 A.M.
