"A federal judge ruled Thursday that the government's warrantless
surveillance program is unconstitutional and ordered an immediate halt
to it. U.S. District Judge Anna Diggs Taylor in Detroit became the first
judge to strike down the National Security Agency's program, which she
says violates the rights to free speech and privacy as well as the separation of
powers enshrined in the Constitution…” – AP
SILVERTON -- The Paul Aranas Campaign reiterates its position that the
United States Congress has failed in its duty to protect the American people from gross abuses by the Executive Branch.
We demand that the United States Constitution be upheld. The George W. Bush administration
has lied to the American people, violated their privacy and civil liberties, and has trampled on the U.S. Constitution and we demand that
he be brought to impeachment proceedings. We thank Judge Anna Diggs Taylor for stepping forward and ruling what Congress should be
declaring, that Mr. Bush’s NSA wiretapping program is unconstitutional.
The Office of the President of the United States has been reduced to a
disgusting display of deceit, international and domestic illegality and
mass corruption. George W. Bush has violated his oath of office more than once, and we say enough
is enough, IMPEACH NOW! Paul Aranas supports the Impeachment of George W. Bush and states that Bush needs to
be prosecuted for crimes against humanity abroad and for his domestic violation of civil liberties.
