1. Introductions
2. CCC Structure/Mission
Brent to contact Cameron about the CCC listserv.
-Budget and expenses overview:
Brent to send to the CCC list the Income and Expenses Schedule for 2005.
Brent to send to the CCC list the Phil Nash proposal.
-Staff Supervision
Staff calls for the next two weeks will be at 8:00 PM Eastern on
Sundays.
-New Bylaws?
Jen to send bylaws to John.
Brent will send the bylaws to the webmanager for posting on the CCC
webpage.
-Nomination/election of CCC co-chairs
Jen and Rob were elected as the new co-chairs.
-Webpage
Brent will send the new contact info to the webmanager for the CCC.
3. Resources
-Explanation of Resources Subcommittee/ what resources we already have
Brent will send point system to CCC list.
Jen will write up notice to list for later deadline for Questionnaires.
-What new resources would we like to create this year?
Discussion about the suggestion from Tulsa to list 10 campaign each week
that could use help.
4. Coordination
-Campaign Schools
-State Associates
-Regional Calls
-What other coordination projects could we be involved with?
Discussion about the Coordinated Congressional Campaign for 2006.
Brent has received several contacts from candidates who are running in
2006. Brent to contact Cres Vellucci from CA who was active in the
project in 2004 to discuss an earlier start and how the program could be
taken to the next level.
