Task Summary
- Jen will put together report on how well matching funds candidates did.
- Greg, Jen, Sally, and Brent White will work together to re-vamp contributions program.
- ??? will write article for Green Pages on CCC report, "Dirty Tricks of 2005," and report on Coordinated Congressional Campaign. (Please volunteer!)
- Robb, Sally, and Jen will work to come up with Campus Greens Internship proposal
- Robb and Greg will put together a proposal on "advisors" and "observers" for CCC list.
- Jen will draft response to Ohio proposal by Wed. and accept changes and approval by Friday.

**Report on election day 2005. (Brent M.)
- Under election analysis, there is a listing of all of the winners.
- 38 wins for the year. 24 were on Nov. 8.
- Still a few races we need results on.
- Georgia City Commission races - One of those is a runoff on Dec. 6. We would have won the Elaine Brown mayor's race based on council candidates.
- Elaine Brown filed the temporary restraining order in time and there may be a call for a new election.
- Pennsylvania has 9 wins for the year. 7 in 2 counties.
**Can someone from the matching funds subcommittee put together a review of the candidates we funded and how they fared on election night?
- 2 wins from election night
- Report will go out on e-mail.
**Planning for 2006 elections. (Brent M., Robb, Jen)
- 2006 has begun in the election database.
- 28 candidates so far.
- Jen - we need to redo the contributions program, spread the word about the resources that we have available, and really work with the media committee to figure out how we can coordinate efforts
- Brent W is going to work on the Coordinated Congressional Campaign.
- Robb - We have to do a report back from the current elections. We have to make sure that we have reports for the next Green Pages.
- Greg - sent out some things about re-vamping the matching fund program to targeted contributions program.
- Jen suggests Green Pages article on resources that are available
- Jen, Brent, Sally will help out with matching fund program.
- Brent - Possible Green Pages articles - one reporting on what just took place. Another story - dirty tricks of 2005, Elaine Brown, Dean Zimmerman, and Natalie Johnson Lee. 2006 Coordinated Congressional Campaign.
- Greg - I should probably get put on the Coordinated Congressional Campaign List.
**Budget review. (Jen)
Reading of the budget
$1000 for administrative.
$5000 for elections database
$5200 for campaign schools
$5000 for contributions program
$5000 for Campus Greens Internship program
Thoughts on budget
- The elections database might need to be put under some other budget line.
- The budget process has almost gone through.
- Campus Greens internship item will be evaluated by Robb, Sally, and Jen
**CCC Listserv. (Robb)
- CCC is cleared off of non-members.
- Mike Livingston and Mike Feinstein have requested to be put back on the list serve.
- Greg reviews national list policies for advisors/observers
- Proposal - we should come up with a proposal in writing by the next call.
- Robb - we are archiving our e-mails.
- Robb and Greg will put together a proposal for the list.
**Ohio National Priority Proposal
- Green Party of proposal sent a proposal to the list.
- Logan had a bunch of stuff the CCC should do.
- Jen will draft something up about Logan's proposal.
- Robb - adding the state board of elections listing to the website.
- Brent - there is no money in the budget for ballot access. Arkansas gave $1000 to the ballot access committee. BAC is just barely getting itself up and running.
- Robb - We already have the Green Wave volunteer program.
- CCC opposes the state representative priority proposal.
