Message----- present: Jo, Jake, Doug, Emily 1. Coordinate presentation to National Committee for friday june 25 Doug - what reports are produced, where available, FEC reports Emily - the processing of the incoming donations in the office, daily activities Jake - fiscal policies, treasurers reports, who's on the fincom committee 2. changing the fiscal year. there has been suggestions we change the fiscal year. doug reports we are free to do so if we wish. decision to table the issue for later meeting 3. discussion of 05 budget - consensus we should go back to a two tier budget. in addition, in order to move forward with 05 budget discussion that committees should start with 04 actual spending and the 04 budget and use this as a starting point for 05 budget. doug will send this info to Greg garret to forward to contacts for committees. meeting adjourned respectfully
