1. Database and Income Reporting Systems - no report
2. Online Fundraising and Outreach Coordinator - no report
3. State Sharing with RI problem update - Doug

4. 2005 Budget Committee, Caucus & Network Tier I proposals:

CCC - approved by FinCom and SC already

Platform - printing costs to be recouped

NWC - banner, logo development/design, website development, postage, miscellaneous

Media - request for $300 per month not within Tier I, needs proposal to FinCom, SC, NC

5. GPUS sharing Policy with Committees, Caucuses and Networks Update - no report

6. Merchandise question from LaVerne Butler/Treasurer Black Caucus

a. committees, caucus, etc. can design and market their own products to sell, needs to be part of amended work plan, sales must go through normal GPUS processes and all required FEC reporting procedures

b. committees, caucus, etc. shall work with Merchandise Committee on products - discussion to continue next week

7. FinCom Listserv Update - P&Ps reviewed, proposal to forward to SC and CC for the voting queue
