MILWAUKEE, WI -- The Green Party of the United States
announced the results of elections for national co-chairs of the party
today.
The Coordinating Committee of the party, in which sit
delegates from 42 states and the District of Columbia, elected the
co-chairs on Sunday, June 27 at the Green National Convention in
Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The list of co-chairs is printed below;
reporters are encouraged to contact them.
Greens attending the convention also nominated David
Cobb and Pat LaMarche to run for president in the 2004 national election.
The convention, titled Forward 2004!, concluded on Monday, June 28.
