Summerfest - The world's largest music festival (according to the Guinness Book), Summerfest is an 11-day event featuring a wide variety of music from international headline acts to up-and-comers on 12 different stages. Summerfest will be concurrent with both weekends of the convention. A one-day pass runs $12 for Green Party convention-goers.

America's Black Holocaust Museum - The only museum in the U.S. dedicated to educating visitors of the African American Holocaust-the period beginning with the capture of millions of African natives for sale as slaves and continuing through modern day injustices.

Wisconsin Black Historical Society Museum - Exhibits and collections depicting the ancestry of Wisconsin's rich African American history to encourage and promote community and cultural awareness. A fourteen-panel mural documents the chronicled heritage of African descent into Wisconsin walking you through Milwaukee's Bronzeville in the 1930's - 1950's on a personal tour of the life of African Americans.

Milwaukee Public Museum - The Milwaukee Public Museum, is world renowned for its walk-through exhibits which include the Costa Rican Rain Forest, the Streets of Old Milwaukee and The Third Planet. The Milwaukee Public Museum is America's 4th largest for natural history. There is also a permanent live butterfly home within a large greenhouse visible to the outside street life. The Museum Center houses the Milwaukee Public Museum, the Humphrey IMAX Dome Theater and Discovery World - The James Lovell Museum of Science, Economics and Technology.

Discovery World - The James Lovell Museum of Science, Economics and Technology - The state's only science and technology museum featuring over 140 interactive exhibits and live theater shows. This curriculum-based museum allows visitors to explore the future now. NBC News recently ranked Discovery World as one of the nation's top 5 most interactive museum.

Betty Brinn Children's Museum - At Betty Brinn Children's Museum, make believe comes to life with numerous hands on exhibits for children ages 1-10. This museum has been named one of the top ten children's museums in the United States by Parent Magazine.

Milwaukee Art Museum - This beautiful Eero Saarinen-designed structure is a work of art in itself and houses an outstanding permanent collection of contemporary European and American art, all overlooking Milwaukee's splendid lakefront. The Milwaukee Art Museum is also home to the third largest collection of Wisconsin native Georgia O'Keefe's works. The stunning "bird in flight" addition to the Milwaukee Art Museum, designed by the world renowned Spanish architect and engineer, Dr. Santiago Calatrava, is scheduled to open in fall of 2001 making this a most prominent addition to Milwaukee's skyline.

Mitchell Park Conservatory - Also known as "The Domes". Awaken your senses with the distinct aromas of a desert, the brilliant colors of a garden, and the gentle rush of a tropical waterfall. Always in season, the Arid, Tropical and Show Domes present a sensory panorama unique in Milwaukee, just as the Domes themselves are a structure unique in the world.

Breweries - A visit to Milwaukee wouldn't be complete without touring one of our world famous breweries. Miller Brewing Company offers free tours, as does Sprecher Brewery and Lakefront Brewery. While Miller Brewing Company is one of the largest beer producing breweries in the country, Sprecher Brewery and Lakefront Brewing Company are Milwaukee's two original microbreweries.

City of Festivals - Don't miss our famous Summerfest, Festa Italiana, Irish Fest, German Fest, Mexican Fiesta, Indian Summer, International Arts Festival, etc. Summerfest is the largest outdoor music festival in the world! Irish Fest is also the largest Celtic cultural gathering in the world. Festa Italiana and German Fest are the largest in America.

Pier Wisconsin - Come tour the first wooden tall ship built in Wisconsin in over 100 years, the Denis Sullivan. Become a part of Wisconsin's future by helping to recapture a part of the past. Dockside visits, cocktail reception cruises and overnight sails are available.

International Clown Hall of Fame - The only museum of its kind in the world! Discover clown memorabilia including historical artifacts such as costumes of famous clowns from all over the world, past and present.

Captain Frederick Pabst Mansion - Milwaukee's past is brought to life in this nationally recognized house museum. Built in 1893, the exquisite wood, glass, ironwork, and interior rooms are carefully and accurately restored.
