Ballot Access Committee

Our Ballot Access Committee, along with local Greens, is working to get the Green Party on the ballot in as many states as possible.  If you would like to support these important efforts, please donate to the Ballot Access Committee. To volunteer time to ballot access efforts, please sign up to volunteer. Be sure to indicate if you can circulate a petition, and mention “ballot access” in your comments.

2024 ballot access activities:

  • 4 states petitioned for and achieved state party recognition, adding to the list of state recognized GPs, but 1 lost.
  • Legal challenge lost in NV, won in WI, WY, AZ. Democrats continue to challenge in multiple states.
  • GP campaigns for local, state, federal office. Jill Stein/Butch Ware campaigning for President/VP.
