The National Committee approved the creation of the Green Congressional Campaign Committee GCCC in a vote that ended on March 7, 2024.
Proposal
That the GPUS United States House of Representative Campaign Committee and the GPUS United States Senate Campaign Committees be combined into a single committee, called the Green Congressional Campaign Committee (GCCC), governed by the following Mission Statement and Committee Operating Rules; and that the elections held in 2023 to elect seven members of the Green Senatorial Campaign Committee be deemed as having elected seven members of the newly combined GCCC, and the rules governing GCCC elections will begin to apply with the next GCCC elections in 2025.
