      The ANMC is requesting at least $7500 (line 78) to go toward the selection of 2-4 trainers (1-2 internal and 1-2 external) to lead a significant anti-oppression training during our upcoming Annual National Meeting.  We also request an additional $500 (line 130 – misc) for possible fees required to post this RFP in various online job boards and the like to ensure that our proposal reaches a wide variety of audiences, particularly those from traditionally underrepresented backgrounds.

      The draft RFPs are linked below in one doc.  Note, the one for an independent (external) consultant is first, followed by the one for the internal Green Party trainer.  They are almost identical, except for the titles and referencing the other type of trainer.  We are expecting those selected to work as a team to prepare and lead the training together.  These RFPs are the work of an ad hoc group of ANMC members along with members from some of the various identity caucuses and has been meeting since late last year.  RFP for Anti-Racism & Anti-Oppression Training
