I.STAFF REPORT
OFFICE MANAGER – Brian
Brian sent a report to the SC this afternoon. This included bank account deposits for the week, and some items from Brent’s previous reports he has decided to include and update throughout the year. He has started a prospect mailing to donors identified from past campaigns. We have received new contracts from our insurance provider. Brian will be working with Jeff next week to finalize income reports and accounting from 2010. 2010 FEC filing is due January 30. Brian and FundCom co-chair Karen Young are working with FundCom on outreach, finding fundraising contacts in each state.
II. VOTING QUEUE, if needed; misc. items – Holly
a. Calendar – a call will go out for committees to submit calendar tiems for work or proposals they plan on bringing up during the coming year.
III. COMMITTEE REPORTS
Theresa – AnmCom: the committee had a call last week. They are working on finalizing a proposal and budget for the 2011 ANM, to be submitted by New York. This would take place in Alfred, NY, at the same time as Green Fest.
The ANM would like to start planning for 2012, as well.
Craig – BAC: There are currently 18 states with ballot status. GPUS lost 9 ballot lines in 2010.
DAC: The DAC has finished a survey and is tasked to come up with a new formula. 21 members, barely 10%, of the GNC responded to the survey.
Jason – CCC, MerchCom and DivCom are all inactive or nearly so. A CCC working group is working on re-vamping that committee, and hopes to have it active again soon.
Theresa proposed a switch of liaison responsibilities with David involving Platcom and FundCom. No action was taken since David was not on the call.
