Bank accounts – Primary Savings – $101,475.58, Checking $5,683.74, 2nd Checking – $1,205.42; Total $108,354.74;
Operating reserves should be $110k, previous money from reserves has been returned
Balance doesn’t include last several weeks from post office – Darryl! going Tuesday
Accounts Payable – $8500 to Red Sun for last direct mail
Treasurer’s Reports to the GNC – April report will be sent shortly
b) Fundraising report – Tamar Yager – 10 min.
Emailed report: No June direct mail will be sent because April one was late – next one right after ANM which has historically been productive; Memorial Day eblast by Claudia in 2010; 1 June eblast for grans re-opening of state including discounts until 15 June
Fundraiser hire update – Hillary, Gloria, Tamar, Mike
4 responses – first interviews done and recordings available, one eliminated, each brings different strengths and challenges; asked for sample piece of writing by Wednesday, aim to have someone in place mid June or at least end of June; two non-profit but no political experience – technical expertise seems to be adaptable to our needs, one very political but from a major political party viewpoint; need to move to next level and need good hire to do so – we provide messaging; need to balance short-term and long-term needs; all recognize need to have in-person time to get to know us and our culture; request for link to interviews, etc. and regular update

FundCom – Gloria now liaison and Starlene’s supervisor

SC subcommittee needs to meet – Hillary send draft of SC plenary agenda and will tweak and resend; report on anti-oppression training in Philly suggested as basis for 2 hour workshop, $2k in budget for training at ANM or other time; request for eblast to participants to bring BAC silent auction items and be prepared to buy – Jody will resend to Starlene and Tamar; SC attendance –

1. Strategic Planning Retreats update – Darryl!, Gloria – in-person would be preferable with new people especially, perhaps Friday night with call-in as necessary to get full SC participation
