“Hanging in there.”  Had to reach into savings account for $5000.  Can cover a couple payrolls.

 

Bob noted that Tony and Tamar are listed as signatories on the bank account, and hopes they will continue to provide institutional knowledge.

Tamar reports that ANM income is about $24,000+, on target to hit $27,000

  

 III.    New Business 

  1.       Approval of NationBuilder policy (Tamar).  Approved by CONSESUS, Tony standing aside
  2. Transition Meeting for SC.  All agreed to make sure this is part of the next SC next meeting
  3.   Time-outs and need for Pair upgrade.  Margaret proposed the upgrade  choice which would be  $51/mo. to increase the size of our drive.  Joseph seconded.  AGREED, by Consensus

Staff has been working tirelessly on PNC/ANM.  Tamar and Holly will go over contract after PNC and make any needed recommendations.

Joseph: EcoAction, Green Pages, International , CCC  –

    EcoAction will meet tomorrow to focus on issues

   leading into the election; CCC has reached out to

  Fundraising to explore fundraising eBlasts (recnt netted

  $500 for CCC, $150 for ANM), will be proposing a

  change to their mission

Tamar: Apportionment Tabulation, Credentials, Election

    Tabulation, Staff Supervisor,  Apportionment Review

     Committee   – CredCom has done an outstanding job

 Margaret: Banking and Monetary Reform, Fundraising –

No new DRC requests or issues.  No committee meetings.  No new Platcom updates beyond the last of the platform amendments. 

 

Tony: Ballot Access  – rundown of current ballot access work, status of various state parties

  3. Proposal to Change Coordinated Campaign Committee Mission Statement

 

Will be placed in the voting queue, but make sure not to have this, or anything else, in the voting phase during the SC election vote. That vote closes at 5 pm (probably eastern Time), and anything in the voting phase will close along with it.  Therefore, only the SC election votes are placed in the voting phase during the week of the ANM/PNC. UPDATE: In the event the voting page cannot be altered to end the SC vote at 5 pm ET on Saturday, 8/17. The CCC proposal will go into teh voting queue directly after the PNC.
