  1.  Treasurer’s Report (Bob) — 10-15 min

Needed actuals last year. Bob learned that donation reports had not been accurate. Disbursement records weren’t as bad, but still not accurate; FEC reports were not as helpful. Downloaded reports were incomplete, although the reports filed with the FEC were complete. This year, we will try to get accurate actuals, real information from data file. NationBuilder data should provide accurate information. Bob feels this year we will have better, accurate data to work with.

  • New Business — 20-35 min, if budget item is available; otherwise 10-15 min
  1. $2500 for BAC for funding request for Andy Ellis for Governor of MD, 2026; ballot access/status retention goal.
  2. Budget –   Charles has sent an initial budget outline  to the SC. More information is needed. With some promised assistance, more numbers should be available by the next call; or, the SC could take p a special Budget Call.
  3. Acknowledgment/thank you call to a large  donor.  Alfred Molison made the call this week.

Follow-up on Action Items — SC “Intro” Webinar moved back to January 2025.  Craig is working with GPNJ member who is involved with Black Liberation Media about      collaboration.  Will provide more information this coming week.
