SC Rules, Policies, and Procedures state: NC delegates and alternates can observe the call by contacting the SC Secretary at least 24 hours in advance on a first come, first served basis. Delegates and alternates who have never observed on a call will receive priority over those who have. Observers may observe only and may not participate or ask questions during the call unless they have specifically requested to be added to the agenda in advance. A separate call number shall be reserved by the SC as necessary for executive session discussions.

2. Review the four goals outlined in the 2013 strategic plan. (Read it here). – 45 min.
a) Do we still support these as the goals?
b) What progress has been made on them? What obstacles have there been to progress?
3. Review of the nuts and bolts of the party. – 45 min
a) How are the committees functioning/not functioning?
b) What can be done to enhance communication and coordination between the committees?
c) How do we expand leadership and engagement, particularly in committees that are under-performing?
4. Next steps. – 45 min
a) What new tasks have we identified in the above?
b) What information do we need?
c) Set up next call where we will focus on specific tasks. To read the list of tasks developed in 2017, look in the GPUS Steering Committee google folder under “strategic plan.”
