Steering Committee note regarding the proposal: All of the delegates suggestions for amendments and clarrifications will be forwarded to Bylaws, Rules, Policies and Procedures along with the original approved proposal and the final voting record. All of the requests put forth by the delegates during the voting period and following the voting results announcement shall be forwarded to BRPP (Bylaws, Rules, Policies and Procedures Committee) for inclusion to the proposal as long as these suggested amendments and clarrifications do not substantially change the proposal.
BRRP will perform any grammatical corrections that are needed in the proposal as well as assure that the proposal is in compliance with all of our Bylaws, Rules, Policies and Procedures. In the event it is determined by BRPP that these amendments and clarrifications do substantially change the approved proposal a new proposal will have to be reconsidered by the Steering Committee for reconsideration by the Coordinating Committee.
